How does pickup and delivery work?
Schedule a pickup by phone or through the contact page. We collect your items from your home, office or building front desk, clean them, and bring them back on the delivery window we agree with you.
Which neighborhoods do you cover?
Downtown Los Angeles, including the Arts District, the Financial District and South Park. If you're nearby, call and ask.
Can you pick up from my building's front desk or concierge?
Usually, yes. Let us know how your building handles deliveries and we'll work with the front desk or package room.
How long until I get my clothes back?
Turnaround depends on the items and the service. We'll confirm your delivery window when you schedule a pickup.
What's the difference between dry cleaning and wash and fold?
Dry cleaning is for tailored and delicate pieces like suits, dresses and silk, and garments come back pressed on hangers. Wash and fold is everyday laundry, washed, dried and folded.
Do you do alterations?
Yes. Hems, tapering and simple repairs can be picked up with your dry cleaning. See alterations.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the items and service. Call for a quote, and you'll know the price before we clean anything.
What if something has a stain?
Point it out at pickup and tell us what it is if you know. Some stains come out fully, some only partly, and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.
