Hand off

Cleaned and checked
Garments are inspected, stains noted and anything needing repair flagged before cleaning.
Delivered back
Your order comes back on hangers, with turnaround confirmed when you book, to the same spot or a new one you choose.
Stains, care labels and special requests
Point out stains when you hand over your clothes, and if you know what caused them, say so. Coffee, wine, oil and makeup each respond to different treatment, and fresh stains are easier to lift than old ones. We follow care labels, and if a garment looks fragile or has unusual trim, we'll check with you first rather than guessing. Ask us about our damage and satisfaction policy.
Hangers, bags and how things come back
Shirts and pressed garments return on hangers under protective covers, grouped by person if you're sending clothes for more than one household member. Folded shirts come back boxed or bagged if you prefer them that way for drawers or travel. If you'd like to reuse your own garment bags or skip plastic covers, add that to your notes and we'll follow it wherever we can.
